"Azovmashprom" has mastered manufacture of the biotoilets that correspond to the sanitary requirements, have the sanitary-and-epidemiologic conclusions on application in Ukraine all materials involved in a design of a biotoilet (sheet and roll-formed stctions, plastic, polyfoam) and consider the features of the Ukranian climate and mentality of the consumer (for example, the increased sizes and rigidity of a cabin, a translucent roof, presence of heaters, etc.).

The base model of a biotoilet consists the cabin with dimensions such as 1300 x 1270 x 2260 mm and weight 271 kg, equipped by a tank (200 L) with mechanical mixing of excrements, naturally-forced ventilation, arms for toilet accessories, a washstand (tank on 20 L), the lighting fixture (60 W) and a tank for liquid soap. At will of the customer the biotoilet may be in addition equipped with: two heaters, having total capacity of 1 kW (a winter variant); an electrotowel; the electronic lock with a paid code; a mirror; a microphone; dynamic loudspeaker for broadcasting music.
Biotoilet work cycle up to removal - 500 visitings. The charge of a bioliquid (for example, Aqua Kem) - 1 L on each work cycle.

| | Biotoilets can be exploited one by one or by 4 boothed blocks. In this case the BBT-1 block is set on the motor-car trailer (to the platform) of the type PP.5-01. A trailer has dimensions 5500 х 2300 mm, both sides are supplied by 4 folding ladders with the height of setting 300-500 mm and equipped by the layer protection. Transporting of trailer with biotoilets can be provided with wheeled tractor, freight or light cars.
There are the biotoilets of type BT-1-1 or BT-2-2 with dimensions 1200х1200х2430mm and mass of 300 kg on a trailer. Framework of corps and tank (200 l) of biotoilets are metallic, that stipulates the increase of term of service and firmness to vandalism. Tank is covered by an epoksiuretanic enamel inside due to increase of term of service. A corps is edged outside by the bent sheet type with inflicted polymeric coverage. It is faced by plastamass panels inside. Except for attractive original appearance the double-layered walls of corps prevent the excessive heating of booth by of direct sunbeams. |

Biotoilets are equipped by washstands with sideburns (20 l), lamps, brackets for one occasion towels and paper, hooks for clothes and bags, sideburns for soft (liquid) soap, mirrors, natural income-drawing ventilation.
Unlike the imported analogues in biotoilets BT-1-1 and BT-2-2 ALL requirements of sanitary-epidemiology service of Ukraine are taken into account ABSOLUTELY, including:
- the internal sizes of booth are megascopic due not to limit motion of visitors in a booth;
- in place of the system of type "toilet with a lid" on which it is needed to sit down, in biotoilets the bowls of "Genoa" are set. These provides large safety for visitors (there is no contact of lid with a body).

The presence of trailer stipulates additional advantages to the BBT-1 block:
- operating costs on re-deployment of biotoilets go down due to absence of necessity in a faucet for their loading in a car;
- a base (guarded) stand for BBT-1 in outwork (rest) time allows to eliminate the acts of vandalism and theft of accessories in rest rooms;
- technology of deleting of excrements and priming of Liquid into a tank is simplified.

New products of "Azovmashprom" have not analogues in countries of SNG.
The rest biotoilets of "Azovmashprom" (project TS U 45.6-13509917-001-2005) have the conclusion of state sanitary-epidemiology examination dated 24.03.2005 №05.03.02-07/11845 which is signed by the main state health-officer of the Donetsk region Denisenko V. I., about accordance to the requirements of safety of health of man.
