SINTERING TROLLEY FOR AGGLOMERATION PRODUCTION

"AZOVMASHPROM" developed design and in 1997 launched commercial production of rolled and welded metal trolleys (pallets) for agglomeration production of metallurgical plants replacing previously used cast trolleys.
The principal difference of our trolleys lies in the replacement of the cast body by a welded one.
Design philosophy of the trolleys, higher level of stress-strain properties of the rolled metal used as compared to cast metal and the quality welding of parts permits:

- reduction of the body steel intensity which in its turn decreases load applied to the drive of an agglomerating or sintering machine and makes cheaper trolley price due to use of parts with thinner walls;
- depreciation of the production, increase of service life owing to residual flexure decrease of the body, lack of wall burn-out, higher thermocyclic strength of parts табе of rolled metal (predictable period of operation for "AZOVMASHPROM" sintering trolleys is 12-15 years);
- new designs of the trolleys envisage detachable sides with thermocuts precluding their hogging during operation.

Roller units on customer's order can be made:
- pressurized i.е. operating without grease replenishment;
- with self-lubricating bearings keeping out dust;
- with simple and effective systems of renewing lubricants in the bearings.
The above mentioned innovations reduce operation costs of maintenance and repair of the trolleys.

The rolled and welded design of the trolleys is protected by relevant patents of Ukraine and Russia issued to "AZOVMASHPROM" as claimant of intellectual property. The designer's and technological services of "AZOVMASHPROM" are constantly busy with improving and bettering operational performances of the trolleys.
During the period of 1997-2003 our enterprise manufactured тоге than 1200 trolleys for plants of Ukraine and Russia.
Our products are successfully operated by the OJS "Metallurgical Complex "AZOVSTAL", ОJS "Mariupol Metallurgical Complex named after Ilyich" (Mariupol town), OJS "Dneprovskiy Metallurgical Complex named after Dzerzhinskiy" (Dneprodzerzhinsk town), Krivorozhskiy State Mining and Smelting Complex "KRIVOROZHSTAL" (Krivoy Rog town), OJS "TULACHERMET".
We offer not merely improved products - we offer cooperation in raising profitability of the agglomeration production at metallurgical complexes.
In order to meet demand in the markets of Ukraine and Russia our enterprise is increasing production potential in manufacturing various models of sintering trolleys (see Table).
