LINE FOR APPLICATION OF A COVERING ON DOUBLE-GLAZED WINDOWS

The line is intended for application coverings with various physical characteristics (heat conductivity, optical transparency, dim-out factor, color, tone figures, etc.) On double-glazed windows with the purpose to increase heat insulation of buildings and constructions, equipped by these double-glazed windows. In double-glazed windows are used glasses which of power resourses (mainly the glasses "220", which are let out by firm " Technoluch ", Kyiv), which also name as "Low E glasses" or "thermal mirrors ". In a basic of work of a line is put the process of manufacturing of above mentioned glasses, that includes: magnetron covering on glass a several layers of a metal and oxide coverings. Such coverings sometimes name "selective" because of their ability to detain the certain frequency of electromagnetic radiations. The technology provides deprecication of double-glazed windows with a covering and the smaller cost price of manufacturing of the line. Two lines for application of a coverings are shipped to customers in China and Russia.
