The 2-nd of February, 1992, is the birth date of our enterprise initially named Small State Business "AZOVMASHPROM" and in 1993 renamed Multyprofile Enterprise "AZOVMASHPHOM" Ltd.
"AZOVMASHPROM" began its business activity by renting working area and equipment from the Open Joint Stock (OJS) Company "AZOV".
During òîãå than ten years of fruitful cooperation with à number of metallurgical and other enterprises of Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan, India, Germany, Bulgaria and other countries "AZOVMASHPROM" managed to become an independent mechanical engineering enterprise specializing mainly in development and manufacture of thå equipment and spare parts for metallurgical plants and complexes and in creation of other materiel that are in demand in the Ukrainian market and beyond it.
Today wå maintain business contacts with àll Ukrainian metallurgical plants and complexes: OJS "Mariupol Metallurgical Complex named after Ilyich", OJS "Metallurgical Complex "AZOVSTAL", OJS "Dneprovskiy Metallurgical Complex named after Dzerzhinskiy", OJS 'Yenakievskiy Ìåtàllurgiñà! Plant", ÎJS "Donetskiy Metallurgical PIant", ÎJS "Metallurgical Complex "ZAPOROZHSTAL", Krivorozhskiy State Mining and Smelting Complex "KRIVOROZHSTAL", Ore Mining and Processing Complexes of Krivoy Rog area, OJS "Alchevskiy Metallurgical Complex" as well as OJS "Ispat-Karmet" (Kazakhstan), OJS "TULACHERMET" (Russia), metallurgical complex in Bulgaria, other enterprises in Ukraine and abroad.

Our scientific, engineer and production potential comprises:

- mechanical engineering personnel of 200 men including about 150 workers and up to 60 technicians-and-engineers - all highly-qualified specialists possessing experience of many years' work in the mechanical engineering industry (à group of researchers and technicians, two of them have degree of candidate of technical/engineering sciences, production managers, designers, technologists, economists, financiers, supplyspeciaIists and others);
- working area of up to 5 000 ì2 provided with relevant equipment for blanking operations, machining, welding assembling, shaping, mechanoerecting;
- experience of many years in designing and manufacturing various metallurgical equipment and other materiel;
- singular original designs protected by patents of Ukraine and Russia and having knowhow including:

- rolled and welded metal trolleys for sintering used at agglofactories (manufactured and operated at the agglofactories of the ÎJS "Mariupol Metallurgical Complex named after llyich", OJS "Metallurgical Complex "AZOVSTAL", Krivorozhskiy State Mining and Smelting Complex "KRlVOROZHSTAL", OJS "Yenakievskiy Metallurgical Plant", OJS "Dneprovskiy Metallurgical Complex named after Dzerzhinskiy"; ÎJS "TULACHERMET";
- tuyeres for blast furnaces with cast iron protective coating of the nose part and high quality of welded joints which increases durability not less than 1.5 times as compared to conventional tuóårås (manufàñturåd for the ÎJS "Mariupol Metallurgical Complex named after Ilyich", OJS "Yenakievskiy Metallurgical Plant", OJS "Ispat-Karmet" - Kazakhstan, OJS "Metallurgical Complex "ZAPOROZHSTAL", Krivorozhskiy State Mining and Smelting Complex "KRIVOROZHSTAL", Metallurgical Complex in Bulgaria);
- oxygen blowing tuyere nazzlås for converters with durabilitó af 250 - 300 melting operations (manufactured far the OJS "IspatKarmet", Metallurgical Complex in Rurkela, India);
- unit for removing crust from oxygen tuyere (manufactured and delivered to the ÎJS "Ispat - Karmet", preparations are underway to manufacture it for the OJS "Ìàriuðîl Metallurgical Ñîmplex named after Ilyich" with view tî its testing, production ànd supplement îthår måtallurgical complexes with thåm);
- line for sputtering heat-insulating coating over glass (first production unit was manufactured on the order of SA "ÒÅÊÍNÎ-LUCH" Ltd - City of Kiev for its delivery to Russia Moscow).
Since 1998 "AZOVMASHPROM" has been à full time member of Donetsk Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraina.
Under conditions of severe business competition inherent in the Ukrainian market of today the strategy of "AZOVMASHPROM" is aimed at:
